The Dean and Cauvin Young People’s Trust was founded in 1733 to care for children and young people and has been long established in the City of Edinburgh. We are committed to providing excellent care for young people who cannot live with their own families.
Dean and Cauvin Young Peoples’ Trust currently have two highly regarded residential units in Edinburgh and also provides a range of after-care services. We provide a range of supported residential placements and single supported tenancies to young people from the age of 15 onward. Our care is based on early intervention and relationship building with young people and we continue this provision through our dedicated Through-care and Aftercare Service.
Our Foster Carers benefit from being part of a well-established organisation and will access support from our staff team as well as an extensive training programme.
